Some of our many success stories

While life overtake some of our interns, many stay in touch and share their achievements.

Interns like Mariam and Jiaying got a job during their internship because yes, we do insist you keep applying while interning, which is why we review your CV and give you a comprehensive written or verbal feedback.

Interns like Katie pursued a Master in Higher Education.

Some of our interns chose to specialise and further develop their skills. This is the case for Olu, who spcialised in data analysis and accessibility thanks to a comprehensive online programme provided by our partner 3E Web Media Ltd.

Participants and Organisations Trust Us

“I did the TECHWELL Employability Programme, and through that, I applied for a voluntary finance role with MEaP to brush up on my experience. It was a great way to practice applying and doing a real interview – and I was so happy when I got the role!
I volunteered for two weeks, which really helped build my confidence. Then my advisor from the Ingeus Restart Programme showed me a Junior Accountant role. I thought I’d just apply for the experience, but within a week they invited me for an interview – and then offered me the job!
I didn’t think it would all happen so fast, or that I’d find an accounting role that fits around my young family. I start on Monday and I’m so excited.
I just want to say a big thank you to the team at MEaP for all the support with my CV and interview prep. It made such a difference – I’m really grateful and will definitely stay in touch.”

Nutrition Internship 2025

I recently completed my nutrition placement, where I was taught a range of new skills that have strengthened my confidence and understanding of the field. The staff were genuinely lovely, and Christina and Manuella guided me throughout the entire experience they were ideal mentors who supported me with patience and encouragement. We had weekly meetings that helped me stay on track, and they were always understanding of my needs and questions. The placement provided valuable hands‑on experience, and I truly enjoyed every part of it. Overall, it was meaningful, beneficial, and had a positive impact on my learning and development.
