Mrs Jumoke Quadri is very passionate about community education and the value added education of children and young adults. Her considerable experience of managing international training programmes and her outstanding communication skills have helped lead and carry out various educational projects for MEaP and other organisations including her own charity, Nurturing Foundations, whose mission is to nurture and develop life skills and knowledge in order to help communities to work through the social challenges that can often impede their development and self-determination.

Head of Youth Activities and Early Care Lead
In her professional role as Head of Youth Activities as it pertains to Lifelong learning, and particularly in the leading of Early Years Care at MEAP, Mrs Quadri is responsible for ensuring that the educational environment and curriculum contribute to fostering essential developmental milestones. Her leadership in this department focuses on recognised evidence-based methods such as EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) for early care that deliver gthe key requirements expected by MEaP’s commissioners and young people’s parents.
Under her direction at MEAP, the Early Years Care maintains a focus on holistic child development, balancing academic readiness with social and emotional growth. Qualified Accountant & Finances
Mrs Quadri is a qualified Accountant and provided advice and consultancy for Finances at MEaP in the organisation’s earlier months. Thanks to her background in accounting, she was able to provide a level of fiscal discipline that is often rare in purely educational settings.
Her accountancy and financial skills are often reflected in the projects she leads, where participants report the added value of gaining some financial skills. This is particularly the case in her early care projects where parents of children 9 to 5 years old fed back that about the usefulness of their newly acquired skills.
Founder & Head of Nurturing Foundations
Mrs Jumoke Quadri is also the Founder and Head of Nurturing Foundations. The charity’s mission is to nurture and develop life skills and knowledge in order to help communities to work through the social challenges that can often impede their development and self-determination, offering resources and skills that address both educational and welfare needs. Under her leadership, the organisation has launched various initiatives designed to strengthen the family unit as the primary site of young people’s development.
Through Nurturing Foundations, she has successfully implemented programmes that offer practical help, such as literacy workshops and mentorship schemes. Her role involves strategic planning, fundraising, and the direct supervision of outreach activities. The foundation serves as a practical extension of her belief that a strong start in life requires a combination of quality education and a stable, supportive home environment.
