MEaP Recruitment Process:

We recruit year-round

  • Stage 1 – ApplicationSubmit your application using the form below. Upon submission, you will see an acknowledgement message on your screen, thanking you and letting you know if your message is on its way to us. Due to capacity and this happening all year-round, we are not able to reply to every application. You will only hear from us if your application is successful.
  • Stage 2 – Interview: Upon successful review of your CV, you’ll be invited to a 30-minute online interview. The online interview is conducted via Zoom. You will receive the details to join the Zoom meeting prior to its date.
  • Stage 3 – Assessment: Following successful interviews, candidates proceed to our assessment phase where you will be set the task of delivering a 30-minute presentation online, in your field. For teaching candidates, this will be conducting a 30-minute online teaching session with a small group of our students. Valuable student feedback guides our recruitment decisions, culminating in the final stage of our process.
  • Stage 4: We will contact you if you are successful in the 3rd stage of the process.
Each stage of the process affords candidates and MEaP the opportunity to assess compatibility and ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
