Internships, Apprenticeships & Volunteering
Finding your first job, especially in a competitive field, can feel like navigating a maze. For those seeking to enter a new career path, the biggest hurdle is often the ‘experience paradox’: you need experience to get a job, but you can’t get experience without a job. This creates a frustrating cycle, leaving many talented individuals feeling locked out of opportunities. At MEaP, we understand this challenge. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to demonstrate their potential.
That’s why we offer structured internships and apprenticeships programmes designed to bridge the experience gap, making our interns and apprentices more employable. We provide work experience, build confidence and equip them with essential workplace skills for their field, such as reporting and documentation, problem-solving, workplace etiquette, IT skills, remote working skills and more for today’s evolving landsscape. By investing in talent, we are investing in the future of our community.

Career Events

We are passionate about looking after our NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training) that can often feel as though they are our lost generation. We feel that developing LifeSkills for employment but also entrepreneurship is crucial especially for this moment. We are very proud to be able to offer work placement opportunities in our local community enterprises to our learners, helping them to get on their feet and fly.
