Manchester City Council - Manchester Supplementary School Accreditation Award Higher Level - This is to certify that The MEaP Twilight School has met the standard required to achieve the Higher Level Award.. The Supplementary School is a well organised and safe environment for all who attend. All policies and procedures are in place. Curriculum Planning & Resources.
