We are delighted to announce that the Postcode Neighbourhood Trust will be supporting our Health and Wellbeing workshops through creative activities project for young people aged 18-24, from September 2022 to August 2023.
Health and Wellbeing workshops through Creative Activities Project Overview
The project focuses on bolstering the health and well-being of young people through personal development, music and creative arts workshops. Workshops will focus on ensuring the young people develop their self-confidence and skills to enter/renter the job market to gain sustainable employment. The tailored personal development sessions will include numeracy and literacy skills segments and discussions that encourage positive life choices.
The project is aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and 24.
Health and Wellbeing workshops through Creative Activities Project Outcomes:
- Participating young people will demonstrate positive changes they have made to their lives as a result of the increased self-esteem they have gained through the workshops
- The young people will demonstrate increased employability and entrepreneurial skills
- The young people will improve their social skills and wellbeing
